Continuous Process
Improvement TCIC's Continuous Process
Improvement (CPI) program is designed to improve the way employees plan
and work together and gives participants essential skills by providing
everyone with a clear understanding of their role in the CPI process. With
the assistance of a skilled facilitator, the CPI teams will focus on
specific operational problems and write a problem specification statement to
determine root causes and gather data. Using the principles of CPI, the
teams will remove the causes of problems in operations and implement lasting
solutions.
The CPI teams will be able to plan an
organization-wide continuous process improvement program. Skills will
include recognizing the problem solving model, applying problem solving
strategies, using innovative problem solving techniques, employing group
process to achieve solutions and identifying the decision making model. |
